A new beginning...

Starting April 1st, CrossFit Carmel is officially open for business! We have been trying for months to get the gym open, but because the box is under construction and the landlord is doing much of the work himself, there was nothing we could do. Thankfully Brenda was able to find an open garage 1 block away that was vacant and they were willing to work out a short-term lease for us. So stoked to start coaching and introducing more peeps to CF!
